Starting with the one-by-one reveal of newcomers before the title's release, to players developing firm opinions on the full lineup of new Megas, there's plenty for enthusiasts to look forward to.

With many of the Mega Evolutions boasting distinctive appearances that highlight their personalities, one thought came to mind: What's the best way to connect this with zodiac signs? This list is inspired by a blend of vibes, sign stereotypes, and personal experience.

Aries – Mega Camerupt

Honestly, Houndoom was almost selected for Aries, as both are the Super Form and astrological sign that evoke the most fear. But, a Super Houndoom appears as constantly furious, which doesn't match the Ram's energy, renowned for being playful, cheerful, and spontaneous. That's why Aries much more similar to Mega Camerupt, which solely spews lava when angered. The Scales – Super Audino

Look at this gentle, empathetic creature, who employs the sensors on its auditory organs to tell how others are feeling by their heartbeat. Always empathetic – occasionally to a fault – and trying to maintain the peace, there are many Scales who would probably benefit from Super Audino's abilities. Though, to be frank, it would probably just make them stress more about everyone else.

The Scorpion – Super Banette

This Ghost-type is a creature with a surprisingly tragic origin: Discarded as a toy, it gained consciousness through pure hatred and vowed revenge on its previous caretaker. Per the official info, Mega Evolution, “enhances its vindictiveness.” That sounds precisely like many discussions I’ve had with my intense Scorpion friends. A Scorpio adores karma and retribution, making them the perfect match with Mega Banette.

The Archer – Super Hawlucha

Both Super Hawlucha and Sagittarians are always putting on a performance. As a Sagittarius myself, the number of times I’ve called myself some version of a “playful little jester” is countless. The most flamboyant and most attention-seeking Mega Evolution, its Pokédex entry even notes how it “poses to show off its strength.” I would do the very same thing if I had a Mega evolved form, making Super Hawlucha the most fitting Sagittarius match I can think of.

Capricorn – Super Absol
