Prosecutors report that a ex- physician has been charged with performing assaults involving 38 victims who were under his care.
The Serious Allegations
The accused, Nathaniel Spencer from Birmingham has been charged with dozens of sexual offences – some of which involve some against minors under the age of thirteen – between 2017 and 2021.

These allegations follow what police called a “detailed inquiry” into reported assaults at medical facilities: the Royal Stoke university hospital and a facility in Dudley.
Spencer will appear at the North Staffordshire justice centre on 20 January.

- 15 counts of sexual assault.
